By purchasing, downloading, or using content from BetterWLPRS, you agree to these terms. Read carefully.
1. What You're Buying
BetterWLPRS offers:
- Free Starter Pack: 15GB of wallpapers, instant Google Drive download, no strings
attached
- 2025 Complete Collection: $3.99 one-time payment for 50GB+ of curated 2K wallpapers and
video wallpapers
- Lifetime Access (Coming Soon): Pay once, get everything forever including future
updates
Important: This is a one-time purchase. Pay once, download forever. No subscriptions, no
renewals, no expiration. Early adopter pricing - price will increase as collection grows.
2. License & Usage Rights
✅ What you CAN do:
- Use on unlimited personal devices (Windows, macOS, Steam Deck, Android, iOS)
- Use in streams, videos, and content (with credit to BetterWLPRS)
- Share your setup photos with friends
- Download and re-download anytime using your link
❌ What you CANNOT do:
- Resell or redistribute these files
- Share the download link publicly (forums, Discord, etc.)
- Upload to wallpaper websites/apps
- Claim as your own work
- Remove metadata or watermarks (where applicable)
- Use for commercial purposes without written permission
⚠️ Unauthorized distribution: Files may contain metadata linking to purchaser. Unauthorized
distribution will result in DMCA takedown notices and potential legal action. By purchasing, you agree to
these terms.
3. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All wallpapers are curated, captured, edited, and arranged by BetterWLPRS. You purchase a perpetual license
to use the content for personal purposes - you do NOT acquire copyright ownership. BetterWLPRS retains all
intellectual property rights.
Game assets are property of their respective owners. BetterWLPRS creates transformative works (screenshots,
edits, arrangements) under fair use doctrine for personal enjoyment.
4. Attribution
If you share wallpapers publicly (social media, YouTube, Twitch, etc.), please credit:
- "Wallpaper by BetterWLPRS" or "@BetterWLPRS"
- Link to betterwlprs.com when possible
Not required for private use, but appreciated for public posts!
5. Payment & Refunds
Pricing:
- 2025 Complete Collection: $3.99 USD (one-time payment)
- Payments processed securely via Gumroad
- Instant access to Google Drive download link
Refund Policy:
- All sales are final once download link is accessed
- Digital content cannot be "returned" after delivery
- Try the Free Starter Pack (15GB) before purchasing to see quality

6. Download & Access
- Free Pack: Instant Google Drive link, no account required
- Premium: Google Drive link delivered via Gumroad after purchase
- Links are permanent - save them for future downloads
- You are responsible for maintaining access to your download link
- Lost your link? Contact us via Twitter/X @BetterWLPRS with order proof
7. Content Quality & Updates
- Wallpapers are 2K quality, optimized for PC and mobile
- Video wallpapers are compressed for performance while maintaining visual quality
- 2025 Collection purchasers may receive bonus updates if new content is added to the 2025 pack
- No guarantee of updates - purchase reflects current content at time of sale
8. Prohibited Activities
You may NOT:
- Share your premium download link publicly (Discord, Reddit, forums, etc.)
- Upload files to torrent sites, file sharing platforms, or wallpaper repositories
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute in any form
- Modify and claim as original work
- Remove or tamper with embedded metadata
- Use automated scraping or bulk downloading tools on our website
9. DMCA & Enforcement
BetterWLPRS actively monitors for unauthorized distribution. Violations will result in:
- DMCA takedown notices to hosting platforms
- Permanent ban from future purchases
- Potential legal action for damages
Purchaser information (email, order ID) may be embedded in files via metadata for tracking purposes.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Content provided "AS IS" without warranties. We do not guarantee:
- Compatibility with all devices, software, or wallpaper engines
- Uninterrupted access to Google Drive links (though we maintain backups)
- Error-free files (though we test thoroughly)
11. Limitation of Liability
BetterWLPRS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use or inability to use
content. Maximum liability limited to purchase price paid.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms anytime. Changes effective immediately upon posting. Continued use = acceptance.
Major changes will be announced via Twitter/X @BetterWLPRS.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Revoke access for terms violations
- Remove specific content from library at our discretion
- Discontinue service with 30 days notice (existing purchases remain valid)
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable laws in Spain. Disputes resolved via appropriate Spanish courts or
international arbitration for non-EU purchasers.
